Now that I am a bit more experienced in building and setup I am noticing that the lower pushrods between the servo and bellcranks bind a bit at the lower extremes. For instance on the elevator bellcrank, when it is full stick forward the lower balllink will bind on the bellcrank. How has anyone fixed this or is it okay to let alone? I noticed that it does the same on the aileron as well. It actually binds enough to bend the pushrod out a bit causing it to bow. I am using the S9451 servos with the stock horns that came with the servos, the T shaped ones that seem to be pretty heavy duty.

Can you post a pic with the servo at extreme and the interference demonstrated?

here you go

This shows where the ball link is hitting on the bell crank

Next is top down showing how much the linkage rod bows out.

And lastly the linkage setup with the type of servo horn being used.

And this is with only 6 degrees on cyclic and I was hoping to get at least 8, but if it is binding that much I would hate to see how it binds or if the link will stay on the ball at 8 degrees.

Look back at your manual, I think you are supposed to file that boss down.

Well how about that, all I had to do was RTFM haha. Back on step 18 where you do not have the linkages even built yet there is a tiny caution box

"When moving linkages on these levers, if any raised portions behind the EX 05 balls interfere with rod ends, use a filing tool to reduce the raised area accordingly that is hitting the rod end."

Guess they should put that one back a bit furthere where you would not forget about it if you are building this kit over a few nights. Or I could have earmarked the page
