Regarding the Hughes 500 Roll-over... i remember seeing a TV clip a long time ago that i think was about this incident. The heli was used for shooting footage for a TV show and the bird had a past history of "electrical problems". Are the H-500s fly-by-wire? Anyway, i remember the thing rolled over and went in, and even while the "fire hazard/fuel leak" tone was going off these big guys got the heli off the pilot enough to free him.

Maybe it was a different incident but the footage looked similar to what i saw.

i just went back and watched it again... i know that's the same incident i watched the TV clip about. The chopper is painted in TC's "Island Hoppers" scheme from Magnum PI.
