Avant Aurora - EFX - FX > Avant FX/EFX-Aurora Parts

Does anybody know if a Aurora Clutch assy will work in an Avant FX. I am managing to wear things out on my old Avant, it would be nice to put some Aurora replacement parts. Who knows if and when the conversion will come out.

I don't think it will at least on the Fx. On the Efx it might work.

Once I dropped the Eagle hub into my Avant, I haven't had any issues. I'm guessing 300 flights on my #1 machine....

I had to modify my FX to accept the EVO 90 Clutch. I guess I will give it a try.

I have the EVO hub, I am just curious about the Clutch stack. I would like to go with the Aurora Clutch stack on my FX (Modified FX to run EVO clutch and bell). This would ease maint and possibly smooth things out a bit.

While on the subject, has anybody looked into parts interchangeability between the FX/EFX and Aurora?

Landing gear, tailboom, ball ends and misc items should work.

The main shafts are different. Stick with the FX/EFX main shafts for the FX and EFX.

That goes both ways, too. As a matter of fact, I have a couple Avant EFX spare main shafts I was saving for the Aurora. I need to get of those.

"El Dooderino" if you're not into the whole brevity thing.
