| My original 4#3 is very sensitive to the mounting of the RX/Gyro, if it isn't just right the tail wiggles as you describe. I've removed it and remounted with various double sided tape until I found a setup that seems to work well. Also, make sure the flybar rod is centered with equal distance to each paddle, if it's off just a bit, that's enough vibration to give the gyro fits
That said, it's always a possibility that the motor is on the way out, my 4#3B tail motor was bad out of the box, swapped it out and it flys perfectly now...
