Smashed up my Heli today, pretty bad
And Im just happy as can be!
1st flight of the day saw me do my first inverted stuff. Just 1-2 sec here and there way up high.
2nd flight I really went for it and did pretty darn good. Inverted FF, rolled out, flipped into and out of inverted, hovered. Stayed inverted along time and went in and out of inverted a dozen times or more. Just had a blast! All of it pretty high, I could tell I needed to work on some collective managment but all of it controlled, intended and not too bad! Low on gas I went for one last pass got too low and to be honest Im not sure what happened but I went in, inverted and busted some stuff up.
Strange thing is Im happy. Now Ive crashed alot and long ago got used to the "smile" you know, may as well smile on the walk 'cause its that or cry, BUT this time I was happy. I guess just the thrill of going beonde my normal flight envelope, having that go well and finally growin a pair to invert it was way better than the crash.
Anyway, Cant wait to fix and fly again!!
Being happy I crashed, that must mean there is something wrong inside my head, Right?

The good ole times are now ,000132

Nothing wrong with you, Boss. You are now into the comfort zone and realizing that you have to break some eggs before you make that omlet.

Your happy because of the sense of accomplishment. Good work and keep at it!!

Some people are like Slinkys, not good for anything but make you smile when pushed down the stairs

You're asking the wrong crowd if there's something wrong inside your head. How should we know, who are so similarly afflicted?

Great job doing the first inverted flying. Sounds like you were much more successful than my first attempts.

Never, ever, ever, ever give up.
