Does Anyone know of a good procedure to replace those ball guides? To remove the old ones, I ended up putting the swash on the stove to soften up the plastic.. Now, I can't figure out how to put the new ones in without mangling the guides. I can get the "top" one in. Then the ball. The "bottom" one however doesn't want to go in. Any advice appreciated.

You do know that the swash cap unscrews from the base piece, right. Take it apart and the ball and white delrin carriers will just fall out and you just lay them back in and screw it back together.
