Before I go to Lowe's or Homedepot - I thought I ask this question really quick.

I'm looking for the same size bolt as the tripod of a camera (the bolt that attaches to the camera) - anyone know what size that is?

The bolt you need is 1/4" Diameter X 20 Threads Per Inch.

Keep them blades turning.

Its better to use the 1/4 inch plastic bolts the plankers use to attach the plank to the fuselage.

So many years wasted on plankers...!!!!
