Who makes up this nonsense anyway? This is why everything goes up because of garbage like this being said.

90% of it is not true but there is some truth.. that being the galactic alignment. no one is saying that this will end the world however we dont know what exactly will happen but more than likely something will happen or a bunch of things..

These are probably the same people that say the earth is "Five million years old or ten or twenty" or whatever they say when they don't have a clue how old the earth is.

Some scientist says something just as if it were fact and we believe them. That's crazy..

Like Carl Sagan (if that's how his name is spelled) says "Billions and Billions" of years old and he could be wrong by "Billions and Billions" and most likely is..

It's hard to believe there are people that would trivialize Sagan. I guess I'm just a sheep for believing that Sagan knows more than Rotor.

i never believed the world would end it 2000.. i dont think many did just a few retards.. if i thought that i wouldnt have gone to bootcamp away from my family durring that time.. the 2000 end of the world was based of NOTHING.. there wasnt a shred of evidence that suggested the world would end.. there is evidence from everywhere that something is going to happen soon in regards to our way of life and the way the earth is as we know it..

Helibandit, I'm intrigued by your term "Galactic Alignment". Do you have any idea of what this might be?? Your statement of "passing through the Galactic Centre" also has me puzzled. We are part of a rotating 'body', the Galaxy, comprising approx. 100 Billion stars (count them!) Dark matter, planets and various model helis. We are aproximately 26 thousand Light-Years from the centre and simple physics says if we managed to break away from our orbit (around the centre) and headed inward at the speed of light, it would take 26 years to get there. You therefore don't need to worry about anything until 2034! Send me a PM in 2033 and I'll check my calculations again.
