Ok, I came across a NEU 1105 motor. It is in transit to me. Any idea on the pinion gear size. I know it is different than the Align (smaller)? Also 11T for a Beam? THANKS!

1105Y. I think it is a 1.5mm, but just trying to double check.

Unless it is a 1105H/1.5y, 1105/1.5y can't be used in a heli because it has too high kv for heli use. It will be good for a micro ducted fan use though at 7000kv.

Cool, what is the shaft size though? I was told it is smaller than the align motor? 1.5 mm maybe?

If you look at the label, it should state the shaft size. It will either say 3.2 or 2.3 and they are in mm.

Yeah, I haven't gotten the motor yet, bought it online off ebay. Trying to get the pinion ordered for it before it comes. I think it is 2.3 mm now after doing some searching.. Anyone know who carries a 2.3 mm gear?
