I am having a problem with my T Rex. The tail had a minor vibration the first time it flew. The tail fin would appear to just hum. After about 6 more flights, the vibration has become more of a shake. It seems that the main blades go out of track every flight, but I'm guessing that this is a separate problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well check the usual. How many flights on the bird. Is everything moving freely. Lubed occassionally and degreased to rid the excess dirt and contaminants. If all that is done and the parts are worn, may be replacement time. Things to check especially for the out of track blades, dampners, worn ball links. For the tail vibrating, tail shaft bent if you have had contact with the ground, belt tearing or not siliconed. Or that the headspeed could be too low. That is a lot of things to check but a lot of things need to work in unison to make it smooth. If any one of the above is off you're bird ain't gonna fly right!

I just went over it with him last Sat.
We replaced the tail shaft, main shaft, feathering shaft, belt tension, CCPM setup. I believe the issue is his main blades. They're just the align woodies. He has a newer mavrikk belt, way below 20 flights also.
Stickshaker, change out you're main and tail blades! I guarantee you thats the issue lol.

Wheels are for wienies!

I think I might have found the vibration problem on the tail. The tail blades were too tight. I'm not exactally sure how these might have tightend up, but I don't remember them being this tight. I loosened them up and need to fly again to check out.

I found that the tail boom supports were loose and causing the vibration. When they got loose enough, they fell out and made it shake really bad. I glued them in place and no more vibration. Blade tracking is still in and out, I am told that I should expect that from the Align woodies.
