We went to the airshow yesterday, tested out the new bazooka lens. Canon 40D with 100-400L IS(all hand held shots). Tough day, it way hazy hot and humid. But all in all it was a good time.

The Stoddiker(sp) landed early due to fuel in cockpit. Good pilot knows his machine. Great pilot knows when its not safe to fly and lands. Never saw any one jump out of a cockpit so quick!!

The Red Arrows were cool. Great performance.

Nice to see a real Extra fly. Never understood the 33%... but know I get it...the stunt planes, full scale, are TINY!!

Harriers are LOUD!!

Thanks to the military!! You guys rock!!

Ok now Rich's Pyro was OFF THE HOOK!!! We felt the heat!! It was the highlight for me.

Thanks for looking!!

Thanks guys, photography has always been a passion of mine(NOW I HAVE A REAL CAMERA!!!). Always wanted to be a Playboy photographer. Heck still do

I did touch up the F15 a little.. Just a bit of sharpening. I was getting tips by an older guy who had same set up. Love the sound of this jet. Love its performance. Wish I could see it at full tilt wizz by...low.

I can send you the RAW file. In Email? New stuff to me as well.

Thanks again.

Was the B2 on saturday or sunday? We went sunday. Bummed I missed it either way. There's always Westover Mass in Sept.!! This was my warm up!!

We got there at 11am. My crew was slacking. Cant blame me as I was up at 6am, rode my bicycle 15 miles that morning(average speed 20mph), and was ready to GO GO GO!!! Im still mad at them. Even more if I missed the B2!!! I will have to razz them more today.

Thanks!! I appreciate the comments.

From another forum I belong to. Apparently the B2 was only there on Saturday and the B52 on Sunday.
