BLS451 is a wide pulse type of servo. Only narrow pulse types work with the 611 and since the gyro is pretty picky about those the only thing you can run on it are 9251, 9256, bls251.
You could access the 611 secret menu and change the servo pulse to wide but personally I wouldn't do it to run a slow servo like the bls451. Even the mini 9257 is way faster than that servo not to mention the 9254
