Nugent makes some good points in his video.... Without getting into the latter part of his McCain vs. Obama bit, I agree that it's sickening that D.C. vs. Heller even ended up in a 5-4 decision. Some of the comments by the dissenters were truly frightening and are pure legislation from the bench.
