problem with nimhs are they high resistance...so you might need to go to a lower setting for charging and increase the delta...dont need a perfectly "peaked" charged batt.
ok i was able to get back into the pack 2800mah but again i took out around 3500. if i wanted to cycle this pack like it has been sitting since last season how would i go about doing that. what volatge setting should i set in my 1010c for discharging and then what settings for charging. 4500mah nimh. thanks

NiMH is safe to charge at 1/2c for most. Racing packs can handle 1c. For discharge, set it to 0.8v-1.0v per cell as this pretty much depletes the cell.
ok i will give that a try. is it possible to use my futaba wall trickle charger that came with my 9chp? it is made for nicd's and not nimh's?? it charges at 100mah, if i can use it how long will it take to charge my 4500mah nimh pack if fully discharge? thanks

My guess is about 50-60 hours but anything less than a 1/10c is not going to work well.
