I am using the 401 gyro.I cant seem to get the Aux 2 to switch between heading hold and non heading hold.However when I plug into the gear channel,I can switch between the modes,but I cant adjust the gain please help I cant wait to fly this Vipe 50. Thanks all

If you can switch between modes then you can adjust the gain using the end points on the gear channel.

Don't own that radio so this is a "guess"......... perhaps your Aux 2 switch is "inhibited" ???

If it is, then "activate" it and do as Barracuda says....

Like Juan said check that your Aux is ACT. If it is are you using the GYRO menu to adjust the gain? If you are it will only work with the rudder dual rate switch or the hold switch. INH the gyro menu then use your travel adjust menu and use about 50 for a good plave to start. I use the gear channel and the only thing I would be concerned about is the center position on aux 2. That will use be null when using it as a 2 position switch and I am not sure what will happen in that position. Just check it out. Chuck
