Guys I've just bought a DSX9 since I already had a 9X I'm very familiar with the radio. The thing is in the DSX9 when I try to INH AUX2 it just doesn't work The last line under AUX2 says GYR and when I try to highlight GYR it doesn't work so I can't INH AUX2. In my 9X AUX2 was either ACT or INH there was no GYR. How can I inhibit it and what is GYR?

Using the standard menu switch [GYRO SENS] to INH before. Then go back to the system menu to switch off AUX2. That should do it.

Hi Lars, I did as u suggested but as soon as I activate Gyro Sens it again goes to GYR. How can I get it to stay INH after Gyro Sens is activated?

Hi

If you activate 'gyro sens', the aux2 output will go to 'gyr'....that is just how it works....

What is the problem with that?

If you want to use the 'gyro sens' function, you need to choose in the 'gyro sens' menu whitch switch you use for the gain. Auto (flight mode switch) or Rudder d/r.

If you want to use the aux2 switch to control the gain, just turn the 'gyro sens' function off and use the aux2 end points as the gain control.

Regards
Paul
