Can anyone suggest a wider and stronger landing gear for the Lepton please. I am having trouble seeing it at a distance and would like more of a reference.

The hurricane Gaui 550 gear is pretty strong and a little wider and taller. You can see pictures (look for Lepton #2) in my gallery.

The Trex500 are great, so much better to land with all the extra clearance and look good too I reckon. There's a thread with some of us showing our settups (on the top of the Lepton threads), I think there'e a few types of landing gear to see. The more to see the better...

I have used the Gaui Hurricane 550 gear also, you have to widen the stock mounting holes a bit to attatch it to the stock lepton mounts. Great landing gear, no more tail blade strikes on autos!
