I know you should let NiCads and NiMh cool before charging but do you need to let your lipos cool first?

More cooling with lipos, It's never recommended to charge lipos when hot! About the only thing you can do is cool it down faster with a fan or cooler with ice.

I don't recommend it, and never do it, but FMA says it's ok to charge warm lipos with the 10S charger, if I remember correctly.
