I have probably 10 gallons through my Fury Extreme. ZERO wear, and it flies great.

Woah buddy, you got a hold of a MultiGovPRO and I didn't?

I was like an spider crawling all over the internet for three days and in that time they were delivered and sold out. So you gotta tell me, how'd you manage that?

Conrads on the 103 flights! I think you've more than surpassed me.

Congrats Nate!

I think I have about 50-60 flights on mine in the last 2 months or so.

On my 3rd tail boom but I can't blame anyone.

Yah I got my Stratus mid October last year so it's less than a year old!

As for the Multigov Pro, I got mine directly from Aerospire that's all I'll say.

Carey, I hope you're saving those tail booms for the MA 50 that's going to be replacing your T-rex 600.

Hi,

My stratus from May 2007, has about +400 flights.
Have only change the Head dampers.

My second, from may 2007 also, but converted from a fury Extreme, i have change the Head dampers, Clutch dampers, and the TT (was the old type with only one bearing support) due to wear

PS:
The mainshaft bearing is from when my fury was new.
Think they have flown more then 1000 flights

Wow Knud, I thought I was doing good!

Only things I've had to replace was a main shaft bearing and one of the balls in the flybar carrier (I think I had a ball link too tight). Oh and a tooth off of each tail gear came off (the grey ones) so I got them "replaced" from MA...the new white delrin and aluminum gears

I really only fly on weekends usually Saleh, so on a good day of the weekend I might get 3-4 flights...plus we had a pretty mild winter so I got to fly alot then too

Something I NEED to replace...the foam double-sided tape to mount the tank!!! My tape is shot, what do you guys use to replace it? I think its some sort of 3M tape but I don't know if I've seen the same kind of black foam tape from 3M?

Also whatever happened to the rumored removeable tank mount for the stratus? That would be so nice I really don't like splitting the frames just to get to the tank

With the removable tank mount, you're still going to have to split frames to get to the tank, you just won't have to cut zip ties and destroy foam servicing it.

As far as foam, I believe you can just use the foamy part from an old mouse pad. Just make sure to get the new zip ties fairly tight.

Tank double sided tape

I don't use Double sided foam Tape under my Stratuss tank anymore.
I have slide up a silikone tube, and put two of thoese under Tank.

I geuus the silikone tube has a size off approx. 14 mm outside....

Well that almost defeats the purpose...

So does anyone use tape? I would think just foam/tubes would just slide out from under like my old tape is doing now? lol

The mouse pad won't slide out if the zipties are tight enough.

As far as the tank mount, if you can't get the tank out now, just imagine another layer of CF under there.

If you really like the sticky foam idea, just go to Ace Hardware and pickup some 3m double sided foam tape and double it up so it's about the same thickness of the MA gray stuff.

Or you can just call MA and get the stock foam tape...

Any adhesive backed foam tape is going to get all slimey from the oil in the nitro. I just superglued neoprene rubber to the carbon baseplate and zip tie the tank in like normal. No problems with it so far and no gooey mess.

I think I have some extra mousepads...maybe I'll give that a try. Do you glue it to the baseplate?

Now I'm only gonna have a 98% stratus
