I just noticed (on the bench) when I'm at full negative pitch and I go full forward or reverse cyclic my swash moves up just a tad, if I'm full positive pitch and I go full forward or reverse cyclic the swash moves down a tad. If I go full left or right aileron at full positive or full negative it does the same thing but not as much. I'm running 8 degrees cyclic and 12 degrees + - and everything is at 90 and 0 degrees pitch at mid stick.

So why does it do that? It bugs me and I have to know.

Hmmm could be that the servos are running out of travel at those extreme positions?

Either way I can guarentee that if you put 12'+ plus full 8' cyclic together you're going to load up that machine a whole lot.

Did you level the swash properly throughout the whole pitch range? Could be that a link's a teensy off?

Yep, the swash is level full -, mid, and full +. Links are all the same, nothing is binding, and everything is at 90 and I'm running the 140 degree set up. All my atv's are at 100, no subtrim or trim.

Next time you have yours on the bench check it and see if it does it.

Well I haven't checked on my Vibe yet but all my other .90's with 120' CCPM does this when going to max pitch top and bottom, on these my first and only conclusion untill now has been that the servos are simply running out of travel when throwing in ample amounts of cyclic also, you'll see it here also by just looking at the servo horns...things just can't go any further.

Hi

I have just been doing the final setup on my Vibe50.

It does mess about at full collective with full cyclic added in. There is no binding on the head. The issue is the bell cranks are rotating toooo far and 'going around the corner'

I only get this at full collective and full roll and then add in full forward/aft. And then only if all the inputs make the servo move in the same direction. ie 30deg rotation for collective and then 30 deg for roll and then 30 deg for pitch....the servo/bellcrank just cant turn that much...(the 30deg value is not real just to explane...)

Regards
Paul
