| The turbine, after 19 hours of flying, was making an unusual noise, more of a mumur, closer examination, revealed it was emminating from the rear of the turbine (most unusual), decided to take the turbine out and do some test without any load Turning the mainshaft by hand, the turbine had a hard spot So with the ECU version 4.9 (ancient), it's back to Germany for a bearing replacement and service, also ECU upgrade Interesting to note, the differences between, this turbine, and the replacement turbine (borrowed fron a set of PHT3-3 mechanics) The PHT3-3 mechanics are looking a little bare now Peter R
