4th of July Summer Bash - Jacksonville, FL

Since Clintstone is not going to be able to have his annual event at his house this year the guys at Jax R/C have put together a 4th of July weekend bash in Jacksonville!

Since Clint's isn't that far from Jacksonville everyone can still get together and party! Like Clint's, this is an informal event where the emphasis is on flying, friends and fun!

Campers are also welcome, so if you got one...haul it!

All we need is a grill and a capable cook and we can have one hell of a time!

So bring your helis, foamies and night rigs and let's celebrate!

Just for the record...

This is informal. The airplane runway will still be open if there's airplane guys around and the field will be closed from 10 to 11 or so Sunday for our monthly meeting. There's a Holiday Inn Express about a mile from the field along with a Quiznos and Wendys

NO FIREWORKS!!! There will be professional displays at the beach and down on the river at the Landing so please, dont bring any.

Well Mike there will be Wings but you have to come by and pick up the wings and the cooker. It is hard enough for me to my heli and clothes,transmitter. The Spyder really doesnt have any room for wings. I think Andy took some pics of the Knight riding on the Spyders back last time I was in JAX. maybe he coould post them so everyone understands.
