I think its time to change to the XLV clutch. Went out the other day with my Benzin. Started her up, raised the throttle to half stick. Motor rpms came up, but the blades are barely turning. Raised stick 3/4. Blades still turning very slow. Took the cover off of the clutch and checked the bolt to see if its tight. It was tight. From what I've been reading, about the Vario clutches going bad, i think i will bite the bullet and go with the XLV. Am i making the right decision?

The smaller clutch has engagement issues on some but not all of their helis. I had the problem and no matter what I did the only fix was to replace it with the XLV clutch. No more issues.
