I am trying to charge my nicad glow 1.5v ignitor and I dont know how many mah i need to input in the charger. I am using the superbrain 989. I know its a one cell, I was going to charge it at .5 amp to start, any sugestions? I hate waiting a few hours for it to charge up by 110v ac so this is why I want to connect it to my charger. Thanks.

Your best bet is to try to find out what the capacity of the cell in the igniter is and go from there.

I usually charge those at 1/2C, so for example if it is a 1200mAh cell, I would charge it at .6A.

I hope that helps..
