Were is the leak coming from? The cap? If so, the instructions on the older kits tell you to use RTV, silicone on the cap. Only use a small amount. RTV is a gasket making material.

A friend of mine suggested using an airplane tank and installed one for me on my stratus, it is fantastic, never again will i bother with the ridiculously overcomplicated stratus tank build! PLUS! no leaks and room on the tray for a header tank if need be!

Travelling on work at the moment, will get you some over the weekend... its a simple rectangular tank with fuel and pressure lines coming out of one end. Will take photos as soon as i can.

Hi Saleh,

Very sorry for the late reply, just got back into singapore... took some shots with my phone this morning...

Its just a standard airplane tank with a header stuck to the front. flight times are improved but if i am honest, getting a tad lean close to the end of the tank, which wasn't a problem with the standard tank... Think that might be due to a fuel line routing problem...

In any case, hope this helps.

No... haven't tried a fuel magnet, primarily because i am running muffler pressure and don't want to the hassle of having to replace foam every month. But that said, may try the bubbless clunk at some point.
