That's about what I thought would happen, thanks for the morning laugh.

Ignorance is curable, stupidity is for life.

A little more respect should be given to things traveling around 200mph. Though I don’t mind seeing adults do stupid things at a distance, I sure would hate to be you’re neighbor with my kids running around.

I remeber in the late 80's I was reading a magazine that to learn to do an inverted hover, suspend it under a football goalpost.

God, I love sims.

They make parts for a reason. Keeps the industry alive and get that adreneline pumping!

You know that Could actually be a good idea with a LOT more thought. They could not use someone to hold a stick that is just dumb. But they could hang a rope about 30 feet down from a tree as to not have a stick as a possible target to get hit. And that way it's straight down still. And for him to be behind cover or a little far away. Overall with a safer mind employing something like that I think it could be very very effective. I also think that would be useful after getting comfortable inverted on a sim, so you are less likely to dumb thumb it.

I agree with you I had a very similar thought about the tree and some 30 foot, Also with the attached line being on a recoil system so as not to be in the way.

You do it your way, I'll think about doing it mine. I won't try that but like I said IF done safely and with some serious thought it's not a half bad idea.
But then again if you like doing things the hard way and pissing hard earned money away do it your way...

If you take a sec and think about it you will realize that "thats one of those things that sounds good in theory!" but actually doing it is not so good! My .02

That's more practical, safe and like you said you wont be pissing away your hard earn money! Sounds thats the way the used to be done, but now we have SIMS that help us with all those things and we can practice without destroying the helis and spending all that $ but once again thats my .02 (so that be almost a nickel of opinion)

What scares me is, if someone actually put this plan into action what else have they and or going to do. Natural selection is all we have to look forward to.
