What effect would it have if you put a longer flybar on your heli? (longer than stock, mine is a trex 450)
More or less stable? More power or control? etc.

More leverage, though go too far and you risk flexing. Most of them come with a flybar length thats a good compromise between stiffness, control authority, and stability.
align has 2 different lengths of flybar for the 450...190mm and 220mm....that's all i'm gonna say....you have to do your own homework...try both and find out the difference

Yea, i bought the 220mm as a replacement not really knowing. I guess I'll see how it works out

I have flown both the 190 and the 220 and the 220 makes my 450 a much more stable machine. Cyclic controls seem to be alittle quicker also.
