I have a TP Extream V2 ,2x3 cell,6 cell 2200 My TP 610 the past two times charging this battery beeps over charge cell 4.What Do I do?? should I just dis charge the pack and start over???

Be prepared for the possibility that cell 4 is lower capacity than the others which is why it's getting full first. (In other words this might be the first sign that you need a new battery).

I dont know your charger too well- can you put it into a "balance" mode without having to charge? If not discharge the battery a little (just take 100mah out of it - you don't need to empty it) and then start charging at a very low rate - about 250ma only. That gives the balancer lots of time to work so the other cells can catch up while the balancer stops cell 4 getting overcharged.

Mine did that as well, I tracked it down to the balancer port. It was coming loose and would not read the pack voltage correctly. I wiggled it around for a couple of weeks, but I finally sent it back. I have seen a newer version of the 610 and the TP balancing ports are now vertical instead of horizontal. You may want to check this out.
