| Be prepared for the possibility that cell 4 is lower capacity than the others which is why it's getting full first. (In other words this might be the first sign that you need a new battery).
I dont know your charger too well- can you put it into a "balance" mode without having to charge? If not discharge the battery a little (just take 100mah out of it - you don't need to empty it) and then start charging at a very low rate - about 250ma only. That gives the balancer lots of time to work so the other cells can catch up while the balancer stops cell 4 getting overcharged.
