| I purchased 2 2300 / 6.6 volt packs (new) yesterday and they state that they are 50% charged however, when I VOM'd them I got around 3 volts.
Neither of my chargers, ICE, 1010C or Align would touch them at that rate.
I brought them up to 6.6 with a DC supply watching the current and then stucke them on the 1010C where they both would timeout on initial charge.
Should I return them or have I missed a step -
The pack does say if they are low to contact A123 but the web is down.
