What are some, or, the common missing parts have you've seen or heard in the Aurora kit? I need to inventory my bags before I move forward.

Thank you!

I was missing 1 thich thread ball link from the last bag and that was it. Augusto was very very very fast in getting it to me. I'm very impressed by the customer service I've recieved thus far. And I'm sure it will continue.

I see a lot of people posting about missing parts from kits. How many have received kits that were not missing parts?

It's good to take notes on missing parts.

This way, I'll have my builder look for the common missing parts (if any) prior to the build and try to obtain them immediately so that he wouldn't get held up with the build.

This info would help us all and not intended as a complaint.

Keep em coming if you've got missing parts.....fingers crossed on my kit.

I don't care for a perfect kit, I just want a perfect flying heli .

Thank you all!

Guys, when you post about missing parts please include what shop your kit(s) was ordered from.

This would help to determine if there may be a batch / lot that had problems with missing parts, etc.

Heliproz ordered kit

I thought I had some missing parts. The bag related to the torque tube assembly listed quite a few parts, but only contained a couple o-rings. It turns out the tube assy was nearly fully assembled and hiding inside the boom. I had extra parts left over. Nothing was missing...

Hey man, why does my lipo get bigger every time I charge it?

I got a kit via heliproz, and my kit was complete, except for the tail pushrod Teflon heatshrink. I did have some extra nuts and bolts though.

lol, after two years its good to see the ultimate heli is perfect. Just joking guys, but seriously you should milk this situation for what its worth, especially while parts are available.

1)Keep an eye on this thread and note down all the different bits and pieces missing from all the kits (looks like some of you have the same idea already)

2)Email Augusto with the full list of missing parts in your kits and get spares while you can!!

Whilst it is very irritating to have parts missing etc. As long as all the party's involved. such as the retailers and manufacturer provide good after sales service, then for a first run I'm okay with a few hiccups.

So far, everyone I've dealt with has been really helpful and understanding and that's what counts.
