e-Century Hummingbird - Swift > slow cyclic on a swift 620, what can be done?

i have a swift 620se with a 650a motor and 12s power.

It's a great heli, the power is insane, but the cyclic is so slow that my grandma could fly it.

I've put century hotdog paddles on it and doesn't seam to help.
I like it's smoothness and stability , but i would like for it to rotate like my swift 16's or my trex 600e does.

I have the travel maxed out already.and i'm running 2350 headspeed.

I have a set of adjustable cnc raven mixers, what would your suggestions be to speed this thing up,as far as what holes in witch side?

from my understanding the swift head should already be faster then a raven head, so i'm a little stumped onb this one.

any suggestions would be welcomed.

need pix and specs (servo, degrees cyclic, paddles, f-bar, radio...) to give you a starting point. That thing should blow away your align 600.

i'm useing digatal .13 speed and 130oz servo's,the std mixers witch are non adjustable, the cylic is maxxed out and no expo, futaba 2.4 fasst radio, century hotdog paddles, and i've tryed 4 sets of blades, the g5 620 wide chords give it the fastest rotation, but the rt 610's fly the best, headspeed is 2350.pitch is 13/13.

However it is heavy at 7.5 pounds with the 3200 12s battery setup.

I have a set of 2500 12s batts coming for it witch will take off 8oz, and that should help.

I have a set of rjx extem paddles i'm going to try next. they are very light.

How much cyclic are you getting, and your swash should have two med balls (link to the blade grip) and short balls (to the washout arms). If you go with the single flybar control arms (non cage) you can get more cyclic. I get 10 cyclic and +/-14 pitch.

well i pulled out the pitch gage and flybarlock and started checking and found that i was only getting 5* maxed out.

So i pulled the adjustable mixers off one of my ravens and started adjusting, and was able to get 7*.

Then i pulled the flybar and filled the flats at angles so i could get more cyclic befor the arms hit the blade grips and whala 10* cyclic.
I just came in from flying it and thats what i was expecting from the getgo, instant response and blindingly fast rotations, but yet still stable in a hover.

Thanks guys for your suggestions.

I installed some stubz paddles yesterday.

The roll and flip rate is the same, but the control's feel much smoother around center stick
