Hi there,
I received my jazz 55-10-32 3 days ago, I tested it yesterday in my helicopter on the bench, no blades on the rotor. After a few seconds the motor was disconnected during operationunexpectedly and it does not work any more. The led keeps flashing singly.
I am using it in a 600mm blades raptor helicopter.
my motor is an outrunner thunder tiger OBL 49/08:
800kv
2500W max
10 poles
5mm shaft
49mm diameter
60mm long
the battery is a 9s1p hecell 4000mAh 30C.

Any idea what can be wrong?

did you program it in mod 4 ? also its not good to run motor without a load of some sort. its kinda like running your car in first gear on the freeway and trying to keep up with trafic.
put it in setup mod , put it in mod 4 and start over.

Yes, I did program mode 4.

First I tried with the spur gear removed, everything ok, then
I put the gear that is to say motor connected to main rotor and tail rotor and the problem came.

I canīt enter the program mode any more, I donīt even hear the acknowledge sound and the led flash singly. In the manual ask you
to send it to the manufacturer in this case.

trim all the way down, also go into your throttle and set it -105 and 105 instead of a 100 if your radio will let you do this.
yep , sounds kinda like your esc might have had its brain taking away which is rare to see on this esc. huh?

One of my Jazz 55 did the same thing after I used a 600L motor.

I have exactly the same problem that mike658sr
describes in the next post.

I forgot to tell you that I did removed the red wire and
I feeded the receiver with a duralite voltage regulator, like he did.

Donīt the jazz like that, it is written in the manual.

I used the 55-10-32 in one of my vehicles that I had a Align 600L installed in. It was geared for top speed. I gave some throttle and the vehicle moved and then it stopped, so I unplugged everything. I then plugged the pack again and it didn't arm and the LED just blinks 6 times. I still haven't sent the unit back to Kontronik.

I did what miskimo said and no change, the jazz doesn`t arm
and the BEC does not work either.

I am calling kontronik tomorrow.

I wonder why I am so unlucky...

It's burn out. You're basically running the ESC with little or no load. The manual warned about this:
Quote 

There is a check whether the battery, the motor, the gear ratio and the helicopter are fitting well together: with the lowest possible RPM which can be selected after the Jazz has adjusted, it should not be possible to hover the helicopter. If its possible, the Jazz is operating out of it’s limit and can be destroyed! Use a higher gear ratio or a motor with less RPM and more torque.
