| OK, heres my go at the foot of used fuel tube prize.

First grouping is the date, read backwards from the conventional,, ie, The 14th of June, 2008.
The second grouping is the time expressed as 24hr, including seconds, to the first decimal place.
So from this i surmise, that on the 14th of this month, GimbalFan was sitting up at 9.28(and 14.9 seconds) wondering how big his tax bill was gunna be this year.
And right here 20080618≈1658:57.3, he was thinking about it on the way home from work...
But this one right here is just cruel and unusal punishment,,20080630≈0256:41.7
