So what modifications are necessary to convert an N9 to flybarless? (Other than the electronics, that is)

Does the head have to be replaced, or is it more or less ready with minor modifications?

For your info there are only 30 of those heads made. So if you want want find him quick. It is a very very nice piece. Am in the process of putting mine together. Jewel quality.

Gotcha, just updated my PayPal stuff and now I'm waiting Finally this N9 will be jewel

- self designed CF frames, first milling is done
- AC3x flybarless system
- self designed CF servo tray, 70g lighter
- self designed CF struts, 4mm CF prepreg, steelform just ready

Let's look for the final weight
