Synergy R/C Synergy N9 > Aurora, Trex700, or a Synergy??

I have been gathering parts for a 90 sized heli, and have been thoroughly caught up in the Aurora and T700 mania. I got collected an OS 91 SZ-H, Hatori pipe, 4 JR 8717's, and a G770/8900 gyro combo.

Anyway, I am chomping at the bit to get a 90 sized heli. I have been reading all the forums about the Aurora woes, and the Trex not coming for another month or so. I have watched some of the build videos on the other forum, and have decided the Aurora would be a chore to rebuild in the event of the inevitable crash. I have 2 Trex 600N's and really love them, but not sure of the end quality of the T700 based on experience with the 600's.

Having said all that, what do you guys think of the Synergy over these other two? How do you HONESTLY feel the Synergy compares to the others? Are there any build pics of the Synergy that you could point me too? I can't imagine it being terrbily different from these other 90's (Krause designed the N9 and the T700 right?). Any and all comments would be welcome (pros, cons, upgrades needed, mods, etc.).

Thanks!

Personally I would stay away from the 700. It has some of the same design flaws as the 600n and I still question it's durability. Look at the people replacing their 600n's and one of the most frequent comments is "it wears out too fast". This will only get worse with a 90 size airframe. It's one thing to have cheap parts but that goes out the window whenyou have to keep replacing stuff prematurely because it wears out.

Your asking an opinion concerning two heli's that aren't even available. How are people to respond?

Synergy by far! It is on a different level than a...trex 700.

Divot-

There are those out there that have flown Aurora's for quite a spell, and there are also those that do have pre-production T700's as well. Unfortunately, their opinions are probably biased as they are sponsored/team pilots.

Is it true that the Synergy has a 5 mm flybar? That would limit your choices as far as paddles. I have already bought a set of 4mm Super Stubz. What paddles are most fo you using with a 5mm flybar?

Thanks for the replies!!

Yes 5mm flybar.
The Synergy N9 comes with SAB paddles included in the kit.

I'm just using the standard SAB paddles (no need to change) but CY makes 5mm Super Stubs as well.

sometimes I wonder why people start these topics when the answer is so obvious ! If you ask me there isnt enough people out there that have owned or flown the N9 .when they do then this question will never be asked again.

I myself just started flying Oct of last year and I already have the Trex 450 v2, 500E, 600E, 600N and just got the Synergy N9 a month ago.

By far I love flying the Synergy I've already put 2 gallons through it in 2 weeks and that just flying in the mornings before I go to work.

Why not the G770 and 8900?

I've tried the 770 3D gyro and I can say that 611 is much better on Synergy. You to use a very small of D/R and a lot of Expo to make the tail locked.
Go to 611 and you will have hapinness...
By the way go to Synergy, Trex 700 will be a good heli but won't have the performance as Synergy does.

The 770/8900 works fine on my Synergy. You have to work with the setup and follow the instructions in the manual. Strong hold and firm stops. That's ok in my book!

I have one heli with the 611/9256 and another with the JR G7000t/8700. They are all performing roughly the same. The 611 has some creeping from times to times, but apart from that also working great.
