thats not good to rip someone off, especially if they know your address and phone number... from the looks on his gallery, he sold both of his helis... he even has the kinetic/hawk shown in there are a raptor, lol...

One asking to have it sent as a gift when it was purchased is illegal and to even negotiate that and put it public shows you are not dealing in a little thing I like to call reality there.
If you did it on the back side and it showed up with a duty you should not have accepted it plain and simple. You accepted the fee.

I see a swash in the picture and the kinetic comes with a plastic one

Full metal head does not include metal washout arms. Look at the century site. This is the Pmax but the raven all metal head is the same idea

I can see you are owed a wind screen, gear and possibly a stock canopy.

I am sure DM agrees with that.

Other than the few missing parts I think you are owed you got a good value there and everything listed in the post seems to be in your pics.

I dont see him representing that heli in his gallery as what you were getting in the thread.

I do see the list he posted only and all that seems to be ihere in your pics of what you got.


If he sent you behind the scenes that the gallery pic was the item then he owes you a swash and a dam ugly painted stock canopy lol

and yea it is a raven so somthing does not ring true here ??

are you sure you did not come to your own conclusion that was the heli in his gallery or did he tell you it was

I never said i was sending a raven, nor did i send or tell you that was a pic of the heli you were getting, that was a false assumtion on BM's part.

I will fix what i left out plain and simple, as i said i dont like how i was givin 4 hours upon him sending his first pm informing me of the situation before this....

I think you are mad you over estimated in your mind what you were getting.

You got late shiping and missing 2 or 3 parts DM is on the hook for that


I think we uncovered that no scam went on DM owes you a couple things possibly an appology for late shipment and we can close this wastefull thread !
