I think the point is that despite the kit being "supposedly" brand new, this particular kit was damaged at some point PRIOR to the customer receiving it. Afer returning it to the shop less than an hour later, and the LHS acknowledging the damage again PRIOR to leaving the shop, the customer is then informed that he can't have a replacement until the damaged one is returned. Absolutely crap service!!!!! However, in this case the LHS did get a new kit down the following day, but that isn't what the customer was initially told, so well done Century UK. I think that the USA is probably quicker than the UK in not accepting shoddy goods or service, and the post never started off with denegrating the product, he asked a question
