Mounted a Canon A560 to my Logo 500 3D for some aerial shots this last weekend. I was amazed how well it flew with 200g added.

Very Cool!

Very cool video! The music made it come alive too. The clarity turned out great, and it was allot of fun to see the terrain. Good flying!

Hi Bruce ,

fanatastic video. Nice landscape around your airfield. I saw some paraglider too.

May I make a suggestion....try not putting in so many control imputs! If the heli tilts over a touch, leave if possible for at least 7 seconds. Also you have a nice looking valley or two there, how about a slow descend down it at about 12 feet up, would look superb. The clarity is superb, nicely flown & love the loops

Seems to me that ALL heli's beat the air into submission

Thanks for the comments!

I have to say that I feel very lucky to have that field next to my house and with the views. While the camera could be 'slightly felt' during flight, the Logo still tracked like it was on rails. Without the camera, its a 3D machine in a class of its own.

Ralf, yes the paragliders use that one hill for training when the wind is right. At least its a friendly sharing of the field and they like watching the 3D flights (lots of questions afterwards). Thanks for producing such a great machine.

macsgrafs, I'll try that tip about easing off the inputs and even dial in some expo next time. For some reason my fingers were 'nervous' for the first minute of that flight. The original plan was to fly down the ravines but I didn't have a clear line of sight from that vantage point. Flying from the parking lot should give me a better view.
