| Hi Anders, I had a similar problem with the tail slider. What I found was that the ball on the end of the slider was very tight in the mating hole of the bellcrank. I very slightly reamed it out until it fit perfect, (all my ball links needed to be loosened as well). The vibration may well be from a bent tail rotor shaft. That tail is spinning REALLY fast, and the slightest bend of the shaft will cause some real bad high frequency vibrations, (I'd bet it's the vibs loosening the boom as well). If the shaft isn't bend, perhaps it's from unbalanced tail blades? After rebuilding from a crash, I didn't realize that the tail shaft was bent slightly. The crash broke my vertical fin off which I glued back on and reinforced with strips of carbon from a broken TRex frame. The joint was really strong. When I spooled up, the tail was a tight blur of vibration, and the vertical fin went flying. Hope this helps!
