hi,

please can someone help me i'm new to heli's in general and i want to make sure the 600n in phoenix is as near as possible to what i would expect at the field.

the trex 600n will be setup for a beginner as per the manual. i just want to know what settings i need to amend to make it as life like as possible.

sorry for the stupid questions but i just want to make sure i have it set up properly before i goto the field to try and hover it.

im in the middle of building it.

The stock model is pretty much spot-on, though it depends on the exact setup you are going to use with your real-life model.

There are several variants of the model included so you need to choose the one which has the same pitch/power/etc setup as you intend in real life.

the setup will be

throttle

0 25 50 75 100

pitch

full stick = +9

mid stick = +5

bottom stick = -1


hopefully the above will make sure the 600n will not just full out of the sky, because i will only have -1 negative pitch, if i have my sums right...

god this is not easy when you are doing this on your own...

Choose the Sports model, which is fairly similar, though you can use the Simulation > Edit Aircraft > Main Rotor menu and alter the pitch settings to exactly match yours.
