| Does anyone know why Runryders HD WMV files don't play using Nero Showtime 4? I can play them on Windows Media Player 11 and PowerDVD8 fine but when I try to play them on Showtime is starts up and stops with a blank screen!
I tried to burn and transcode them to Blu-ray format using Nero Vision 5 (also from Nero 8 Ultra) and first noticed the problem. The whole video was blank and I believe it had audio. I should have know there was a problem when I noticed the preview window during the transcode was black.
Are there any experts out there?
