Nope, they are rated to 6V which is the purpose of the BEC, it regulates the input voltage to output only 6V. The only problem that you would have is if your tail servo couldn't handle or wasn't rated to 6V. Then in order to run the 6V off of the BEC, you would need a stepdown in place before the tail servo. But your using the 9650 on the tail, so your good to go!

Also, if you find your servo's moving too fast, and your heli is very twitchy, you can also run it at 5v to smooth it out a bit. If its still too twitchy and hard to control, you can add some expo to your aile and elev.
