Hi everyone! There's this picture of a RC Helicopter in Helihobby.com.
This picture is located between 10% off Any T-Rex Heli promotion & MAH Night Blades. It is some sort of Futuristic Electric design heli Blue in Canopy colour with slight decals 'O2' with a gun turret in front of it. May I know what is the manufacturer of that heli and where to purchase it? Anyone out there may assist me? Your help & assistance is very much appreciated. Many thanks! Helihobby didn't reply to my e-mail enquiry.

I will try to figure out what kind of heli that is for you but the person who I need to ask comes in Monday at 10:30am.

If anyone else knows here is a picture of the heli.

looks nice though, doesn't it?

I like the canopy form myself. Do they make a 50 sized nitro too?

Not Helihobby. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Plus, you don't want a Corona. They are fixed pitch, under powered, and therefore fly terrible.

HeliHobby has great customer service. I am here day in day out providing customer service. Besides that anyone who has ever called and spoke to Nikki, customer service manager for HeliHobby, knows she goes over the top to take care of her customers. She really knows her stuff too.

P.S. Two HeliHobby representatives replied to this question already. That's pretty good customer service!

Hmmm... if you say so. I can't think of another company that has less consistent CS. They are one of the few companies where you never know if they will just never ship your order and not answer emails or phone calls, or you will get your stuff quickly.

We have really stepped it up revamping their server code which solved a lot of problems and offering customers more options with the new website HeliHobby.net. HeliHobby.net is really cool imo but is still changing with user input. It shows actual stock if you use the list icon! HeliHobby.com is the same interface by the way if you are more comfortable with that and it is still fully updated.

Even though they have gone to these lengths they still brought me on to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. HeliHobby is huge with the best prices and fast shipping and yeah the warehouse gets craaazy because of this. We are about making the customer a priority that isn't new but some parts of the system to achieve this are.

There have been no problems that passed through since I have come onboard and I offer that if you have had an issue even prior to that please PM me and let me see what I can do. Also Nikki's email is in this thread you can email her but please make sure you include the order # for her. I suggest just calling her especially if you want an unbeatable priced package deal with input from an actual pilot with years of experience.

Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.

Maybe there has been change in CS, maybe not. Either way, I am not taking the risk. Just poll any helicopter forum and ask what company has the worst customer service. I bet you get a 10 to 1 reply of "helihobby".

It is only my goal that you find the best solution to enjoy this hobby. A lot of it boils down to preference and I respect yours I am certainly not trying to change that. Some people will pay more to go through another vendor just because they prefer to.

Telling people not to go to us is like telling people to pay more. We aren't suffering in sales and it isn't even my job to try and sell stuff although I give them their plugs. Some people don't have excess money so saving 50 or 100 bucks on a kit in some cases is huge to them. Not to mention what you can save on a whole package radio and all! (You have to call though we can't list certain prices.)

Again they now have me searching to make sure customers are happy so it isn't a maybe customer service has improved. The percentage of customers survey the forums and with me here I guarantee nothing will be missed. They also have more staff in the warehouse and better tools to provide customer service with.

I hope this post finds you well,

Mike
