What is the reason for not getting a Trex 700?That will be the 90 to get for sure.

Why not a Raptor 90?

Oh, that's right....It is not a flavor of the Hotshots anymore...sheep must follow.

Wanna hover??? Buy a helicopter.

It's not sexy. Just a bloated 600. Just my opinion of course.

Get a Stratus. Prooved capable and MA behind to support you for many years. Even if you'll buy Aurora who will guarantee to you that next year you'll have spares.

Also Raptor 90 is an old but very capable machine. At least with me is the only heli that is always ready to fly and needs almost zero maintenance.

Then get a Blitz Avro.
You want quality, this thing appears to have it.
You want service? I haven't seen anybody on the Net complain yet.
You want programmable head..it's got it.
You want something new? It's new on the market.

When you hear other bitch about the few dollars it costs more, you have to wonder. We are talking about a 90 here.
Just the electronics and add ons we stick in those birds, cost most of the time more then the kit.
If you look at the cost of the total package, then it might cost 5%~10% more in initial purchase prize.

The Avro boys need to sponsor a big name pilot then you will see them flying off the shelves. Nice bird!

Currently flying:
Trex 600N Pro, BW Stratus, Aurora!

Get the Synergy...you'll sell everything else.

Maybe you can make align parts fit the Aurora.....because in a year or so that is all you will have to fix the thing. If his code of business continues down the path it has....he will have no business. Thus, no parts to fix heli's sold. His best hope is for JR/Horizon to buy him out and then there wouldn't be any worries on parts in the future. Heck, the heli isn't even out yet..............

For all the guys that got their wallet dipped into early...good luck to you. I hope you the best.

Quick...here comes my wife....hide that new Heli !!!!

But long term prices and support are the key. The Avro will cost you more long term too. Just a thought.

Great point Ghost. What is the biggest factor affecting heli sales these days? If you are the industry leader Align it is having big names fly your products. I would not even consider thinking about getting into the business unless I could afford to have one of the top, and I mean TOP guys flying my stuff. The Avro could easily be the hot new elite heli if they could afford it. I wish they could. Maybe in time.
