| thanks gimbal! i'll keep workin hard. it's going to be weird going from 70 hour weeks to nothing when i get home on saturday. it's just one- just like an iPod hifi or bose sound dock. a black knob would be too many dark objects on the face. the speaker cones are actually convex, bulging about a half inch off the surface.
the process was:
sketches, foam model, clay model, fiberglass negative mold, fiberglass positive mold, sand, prime, paint, clearcoat! took 15 weeks.
