I just came in from the third flight on my swift 620 with a 12s power sydtem in it.
It is now my fastest heli.
no problems so far.motor battery and esc cool.
Getting 5.5 minutes run time on 3200 lipos.
Have a 3 different sets of wide cord blades on order to try .I'll be interested witch ones give the best performance.

How about some pictures. Especially of how your mounting your batts.

How about some pics of your Swift16 8S setup battery mounting. And with the canopy on please.

I had to cut out the bottom of my Swift 550 canopy to make room for two 4S packs(8S total) and with the batteries and canopy mounted it looks pretty hideous.... Like the battery mounting was a total after thought.

I gotta tell 'ya... This thing better fly outstanding because this issue and several others have me wishing I'd have bought something else.

I really like that 620 Canopy. I think I'm gonna get one for my 550 soon.

I don't like hanging my batteries underneath either. but with 12s i had no choice.Atleast it's only one of them.so in a bad crash only half your pack is in danger.
however with a 620 canopy i think you could fit 8s up in the top.
On my 6s swift 16 i fit the battery on the top tray.
