I also wanted an avant aurora it is a beautiful machine well designed and could be one the best machines out there.

Why does everyone here put up with this aurora nonsense ?

anyone who buys this heli now is a fool plain and simple after all the 3,2,1, !! BS NOW FRAMES are wrong people being charged for kits they dont even have is crazy.

i think the a-whore-a is a beauty for sure. but noway it will blow the rest out of the water.

but come on now think about it whats going to happen with parts if he cant even get the kits out, and will he still be in bussiness after 6 months or so abd alot more BS.

i say the same cancel you pre-orders.

Anyone who gets this kit derserves whatever happens to them from here on out, and I have no sympathy for you.

I actually feel sorry for these guys, if it were me with my card being charged and no tracking info, boy would I be MAD.

I would prefer not to turn this into another Aurora bashing thread.

I just want to know WHY?

WHY do people put up with the nonsense AVANT is doing.

If everyone withdrew from AVANT and waited in the sidelines it probably would have been out a year ago.

If no-one had money invested in one form or another this type of bashing probably wouldn't be happening to the extent that it is.

You know what shoked me? It was his team pilots attitude the night of the 3-2-1 countdown. I've never expected so much arrogance from a pilot that is paid to fly.

Funny thing now is they are hidden under rocks right now but I'm sure those idiots will surface again and do another victory dance once the first customer get his kit.

I will be watching those pilots and make sure I NEVER own any brand heli they are paid to fly.

We have an old saying here (not sure if you guys have something similar) but it goes like this:

Tell me with whom you hang out and I'll tell you who you are

I think this hits the nail right on the head with Avant Team.

Oh thats easy

1. Collectors that want one as a shelf queen
2. Wealthy guys with a considerable fleet and don't care about "when"
3. Guys that arn't around that long and don't know about avants history
4. People that think that they will fly better having an aurora
5. People that are stuborn to admit they made a bad decision
6. other factors like design appeal (you have to admit, it looks way better than anything in the 90 sized market right now)

The problem is always the same... the man (and now the rest of the idiots on the team) behind the machine. I guess the man picked out the biggest jerks at the field to be his bi****. Except for TB of course. He was picked out after making that video stating KB plastic tail blades were just as good as carbon ones. Only Augie would want someone that is able to lie with all his teeths looking strait into a camera. Pathetic.

I'm honestly very happy Alan left the Team when he did. I admit I never liked his style or attitude before (from what I could see) but this last decision really scored hi in my book.
Congratulations to him and his Dad.
