I have a vibe 90 with a 611 and brushless servo on the tail, the problem im having is when i turn in one direction I hear the tail blades make an incosistent sound, kind of like the gyro is hunting.

Its the same sound you hear when you load the tail, but its inconsistent like as if i was wagging the tail real fast.

i have the gyro limits set at 120% in 3d mode with i15 d50 delays and 35% gain.

Any ideas??????????

Oh I should mention the tail is very solid

Maybe drop the gain a little due to the faster servo. I'm not sure though, i'm still on the 9256.

well I dropped the gain and it seems to have helped, the noise is almost completely gone, it still sounds the same but the sound is constant not intermitten. the tail is performing excelent at 30% gain, its the most solid one I have flown. Maybe I am just perinoid, but it sure sounds like the tail is doing an awful lot of work. It is much louder than my 30 or 50, but then again the blades are much bigger and move more air.

That was the first thing i noticed about flying a 90(other than feel). You can really hear that tail. I would imagine as long as the tail isn't hunting it would be ok. I have never used more than 32% on my 611 with the 56 so i would think you would use a little less with the faster servo. Also motor tuning might have a little to do with it.
