What a crock. Although this may be correct it just shows the lack of forethought on the companies part. Did it not have someone sit down that has never assembled one before and assemble the thing. The speaks volumes about the quality control or lack their of. For sure not a 6 Sigma company. This should have been all taken care of prior to launch. No excuse, with the extreme lack of communication during the last year plus, and now this what is he doing and thinking. He is loosing a lot of respect and credibility in the rc community.

Hell just send the part along with an update on what to do and how fix it and we could do it.

you must be joking , 6 sigma or sigma six , they are all blackbelts , any company that does that program is absolutely insane it sucks and all the red tape it adds to any process that should be left back at jack welch's old company

No kidding thats why I left United Health. So much BS as long as you have humans involved six sigma is just crap. 1 mistake per million or better. Got to marred in six sigma to provide quality customer service and patient care. They should have circular filed the management and started over. That's just the pharmacist in me.

At any rate this all should have been planed and though out on a much grander scale than Agusto thought.

I still would like my kit, and I am sure it will get here some day, but gimme a piece of that kit kat bar as well. At least it is some sort of prize.
