Well, I have no idea how to do this, I have my Br Motor(HDX300) and ESC, do i just rip off the 3-in-1 and get a seperate ESC for the tail? Anyone know how to do this?

You can do that or you can use the speed controller in the 3 in 1 for the tail by just leaving the tail motor hooked up like it is although you may want to disable the power wire ( the middle red one ) on one of the speed controllers where it plugs into the reciever.

Daltuch is correct. Just change the "may want to" to "need to" - don't have 2 BECs going to your receiver at the same time; that will cause glitches.
